Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions must be requested by:

• online using Patient Access or the NHS App
• returning the tear-off slip attached to your earlier prescription
• or completing our form. Prescription request form (DOCX, 37KB)

Your new prescription needs forty-eight hours notice.

For your own safety and security, we do not take verbal or telephone requests.

Questions about your prescription

If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.

Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
